    Austin Business Finance, LLC d/b/a Backd is seeking a Senior Partnership Account Manager for its Austin, Texas location. The ideal candidate will have some sales experience, be comfortable generating sales leads, and be able to maintain relationships with existing partnerships.     What you will do:

    • Create customer retention solutions — renewals, engagements, reviews such as:

    • - Driving teams to focus on customer retention strategies through new plans and upsell opportunities.
    Minimum skill and education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
    • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and financial functions.
    • Use of CRM platforms for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other sales performance analytics software.
    • Experience with proposal creation tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or specialized software.
    • Contract management tools experience.
    • Digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) for partnership outreach and tracking.
    • Project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
    • Managing sales and partnership pipelines effectively.
    • Collaboration tools like Slack or Google Workspace.
